Our promise

AVRÉE Hair is 100% Vietnamese Remy human hair, hand-selected and crafted with exceptional care. When treated according to our aftercare guidance, our extensions maintain their softness, shine and longevity for many months of wear.

Warranty coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only — such as inconsistent wefting, shedding beyond normal expectation, or issues with the tape adhesive when applied and worn correctly.

Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt, before the hair is installed, cut or chemically treated. Photographs and order details are required.

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to hair that has been:

• Bleached, lightened or colour-lifted
• Coloured or toned with unsuitable products
• Exposed to chlorine, salt water or heavy heat styling without protection
• Washed with sulphate, silicone-heavy or alcohol-based products
• Brushed roughly, slept in without care, or worn without regular maintenance
• Damaged by improper installation or removal

Aftercare essentials

• Wash with sulphate-free, gentle shampoo and hydrating conditioner. Avoid the tape or bond area.
• Detangle daily with a soft-bristle or loop brush, starting from the ends and working upward.
• Always use heat protection before styling. Keep tools below 180 °C.
• Braid or loosely tie the hair before sleeping to prevent tangling.
• Protect from chlorine and salt water — rinse and condition immediately after exposure.
• Book regular salon maintenance every 6–8 weeks for Tape-In, Weft and Keratin installations.

Colouring & lightening

Our hair is coloured and processed with care during manufacture. We strongly advise against bleaching or lifting the colour further — this compromises the fibre and voids any warranty. For colour adjustments, please consult a qualified extension specialist.
