Shipping

Every set is handmade to order. Standard production time is 7–14 working days, after which your order is dispatched with tracked courier service. Delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened hair only, in its original packaging and sealed condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier — AVRÉE Hair is not liable for parcels lost in return transit.

Used, opened, cut, coloured, styled or installed hair cannot be returned or refunded, in line with hygiene standards for hair extensions.

Made-to-order items

Bespoke lengths, custom colour blends and salon quantities are prepared individually and are non-refundable once production has begun. If you have any doubts about colour or length, we invite you to request samples or contact us before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email info@avreehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will make it right.
